◾️What is your career history so far?

Previously, I worked as a home health social worker.

For terminally ill patients who wanted to spend their final days at home, and elderly people or those with serious illnesses who found it difficult to go to the hospital and wanted to receive treatment at home, my job involved making preparations for when they were discharged from the hospital, selecting doctors and nurses for visiting medical examinations, and coordinating the care so that they could spend their days according to their wishes.

I have always found it rewarding to be able to contribute to patients in the medical field, but at the same time, when I thought back on my own life, I wanted to take on new challenges, so I joined Carelinks‏.

◾️What do you do at Carelinks‏?

I joined Carelinks‏ when it was first established, so my initial job was mainly setting up and running the clinic.

Despite having a small back office staff, I fully committed myself to setting up the business, utilizing all of the experience I had gained in my career in accounting, labor, human resources, and dealings with government.

Although there were many difficulties, we were able to launch the business successfully and it is now on track, giving me a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.

We now have experts in each field, so I am mainly in charge of accounting work in the back office.

Although I have had experience in accounting in my career up to now, this is my first time working in accounting full-time, and I am enjoying every day learning new skills.

◾️What do you find rewarding about working at Carelinks‏?

As the company is still in the midst of growth, the work is diverse and, in addition to routine work, I often have to deal with additional, unexpected tasks. However, for me, these successive new experiences are what make it fun, and I find it extremely interesting and rewarding to be able to experience the company's rapid growth firsthand.

◾️What kind of team is Carelinks‏?

To me, Carelinks‏ is a company blessed with great human resources.

It has been a very rewarding and rewarding experience to have the opportunity to interact and share information with specialists in various fields that I have not encountered in my medical career so far.

In particular, interacting with people working in the fields of engineering and marketing is a pure joy, as it is communication with people I would never have met in my life before. Also, each and every one of the employees is wonderful, and I feel happy to be working at a company surrounded by such good people.

This is purely my personal opinion, but Carelinks‏ is a company whose mission is to always take on new challenges.
