◾️Please tell us about your career so far.

Interested in the IT field and management, I was in charge of alliance marketing and business development at a company that develops platform/app businesses.

After that, I worked as a manager in PM management for a men's cosmetics brand at a D2C company that developed its own brand, and also ran a marketing support business as a self-employed business.

 

◾️What made you decide to join Luna Doctor?

I felt that the information I received would be biased if I only worked for myself, and as I was in my 30s and wanted to broaden the scope of my career, I was thinking about taking on a challenge in a different industry focusing on marketing and business development, when I had the opportunity to talk with a recruiter from Luna Doctor.

The employees I was introduced to were all very attractive, and when I heard about the company culture from CEO Chikato, I was impressed by his great generosity as a manager. I became interested in the people who work at Luna Doctor, so I decided to join.

 

◾️Have you actually broadened the scope of your career?

Currently, I am in charge of the mail order business at Luna Doctor.

My work is diverse and involves setting goals for the department, formulating strategies, setting KPIs and evaluation indicators, marketing strategies for each product, and recruitment, so I am able to engage in challenging work.

We are conscious of delivering our products to as many customers as possible and considering and implementing concrete initiatives that will not only achieve short-term results but also develop the organization in the medium to long term.

​

In addition, our company's mission is to "completely eliminate the hassle surrounding women's health."

There is not just one route to achieving a mission, so I have to think about and search for ways to achieve it myself, but I feel a sense of accomplishment and find it very rewarding.

 

◾️What kind of person do you think would be successful at Luna Doctor?

I think this position would be suitable for someone who has the passion and determination to "expand the market with their own hands" and "see it through to the end, including PMF."
