◾️Please tell us about your career so far.

After graduating from university, I got a job at a regular company.

I had always had a vague interest in working overseas, and when the opportunity to be seconded overseas came up while I was working, I volunteered to go to Russia and set up and ran a restaurant.

Although my dream of working overseas came true, Gap was not what I had imagined, and I decided that working overseas was not for me, so I quit once the store had settled down.

After that, I took about six months to reassess my career.

When I was looking for a job to save up money to live, I found that Carelinks‏ was hiring a part-time worker, so I applied and joined the company as a part-time worker.

After that, I ran the store as a part-time leader, but as I was involved in various tasks, the CEO asked me if I would like to become a full-time employee, and now I work as a full-time employee, in charge of recruitment and opening new stores.

◾️So you originally started out as a part-time worker...!

◾️While working at Carelinks‏, what is a moment that makes you think, "I'm glad I work here"?

I joined the company when it was experiencing rapid growth, so speed was required in everything I did, and after I went from part-time to full-time employment, I had to handle a wide range of tasks such as recruitment and training new employees, so it was by no means easy. However, every day was exciting, and I feel that the fact that I could create and direct my own work is the biggest attraction that other companies don't have.

◾️If you were to introduce Carelinks‏ to people who are about to join the company, how would you explain it?

Especially since we are still a growing company, I feel that one of the attractions is that members in all positions can work in close proximity to management and it is an environment where it is easy to exchange opinions.

Of course, during busy periods, there are times when we are short-staffed, and there are tasks that I have no experience with that I have to do, but in those cases, I am able to work together with management and the top leaders of each site to shape the project, so this process is very interesting and I think it is a valuable opportunity that you cannot experience at other companies.

Personally, I think the best part of working at a company like Carelinks‏ is that "it's not easy, but every day is interesting and you always get to grow."
